Delivery Policy

Our logistics partners for national and international shipments:

ZELO.PT and GLS

VIELA sends the ordered product(s) from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with the exception of holidays, and on the days and times used by logistics company, to the delivery address indicated by the customer.

Our delivery service does not include a scheduling option, so the delivery of the order will be carried out without prior contact by the carrier, making it necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address. 

If no one is at the delivery address, a second delivery attempt will be made. If the second delivery attempt is not successful, the order will be placed at a pick-up point near the delivery address to be picked up later.

Delivery time may vary according to the country of destination. The estimated delivery time in the Iberian Peninsula varies between 3-6 business days. Rest of the world: 15-25 working days.

VIELA will inform the customer of the unavailability of the product(s) ordered, as well as refund the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the knowledge of unavailability.

If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 90 (ninety) days from the date of payment for the order, please send an email to info@vielastore.com informing us of what happened.

Delivery is considered carried out with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

To ensure delivery before Christmas, please place your order by December 10th.
