VIELA General Conditions
These General Conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions by which the store VIELA, headquartered at R. Abbot of Tagilde 14, in Guimarães, Portugal (hereinafter “VIELA”) will govern.
VIELA's service consists of making available and supplying a set of products and/or services, in order to allow the user, to whom the status of customer is attributed, to place an order and online purchase of the products presented therein.
By using VIELA, you fully accept and agree with all the parameters present in the Terms and Conditions described, as well as the Privacy Policy in force at the time you access ALLEY.
If you do not accept, in whole or in part, any of the stipulated conditions, you must not make purchases at VIELA. If you access VIELA, you are committing yourself and being responsible for respecting the conditions determined on this page and in the Privacy Policy.
VIELA reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. It is advisable to periodically check the Terms and Conditions for any changes or updates.
Product and price information
VIELA informs customers about the characteristics, descriptions, images or videos of each product and/or service on each available page. VIELA undertakes to make its products and/or services available in a clear manner and to correct possible errors that may occur as soon as possible.
VIELA concisely presents the prices of each product and/or service, including VAT rates, shipping costs applied to each order and other additional costs that may apply .
Information about products, prices, contents, images, videos, promotional campaigns and services may be updated and changed by VIELA at any time.
Intellectual property
VIELA is a registered online store, and the service provided is the responsibility of VIELA.
The content, domain, information present and made available on VIELA are the property of VIELA or have been granted to it, and are thus protected by copyright and rights related. Any and all use,
reproduction, copying or dissemination of visual, audiovisual or written content is subject to prior approval by VIELA.
The customer undertakes to fully respect the aforementioned conditions and rights, as well as to refrain from acts that may go against the law and rights such as copyright, related rights, among other laws applicable to the use of images, videos, contents, etc without the express approval of VIELA. VIELA cannot be held responsible for any improper use of such products.
Payment methods
VIELA offers the following payment methods:

After the payment is completed, VIELA will proceed with a standard verification, so that it is possible to process and send the order. The customer will receive an email confirming that the order has been paid, as well as the corresponding invoice.
Conditions of purchase at VIELA:
Availability of products
All products and/or services available at VIELA can be purchased, except in cases of stock shortages or limitations, as well as in products made to order, whose availability may vary. Products may become unavailable without prior notice, but under these circumstances they will be duly identified on VIELA.
In the event that the product is no longer available after the purchase has been completed, VIELA undertakes to contact the customer, by telephone or email, as soon as possible possible in order to speed up the process with him.
Taxes and taxes
At VIELA the prices shown are in Euros, with the applicable VAT rates and taxes in accordance with the law in force, which are already included in the price shown.
Order cancellation
The customer may cancel an order placed while it is being processed. You are requested to inform VIELA through the following e-mail address: info@vielastore.com.
If the cancellation request has been made after the order has been shipped, it will be forwarded for delivery and the customer may choose to refuse to accept it. VIELA is not responsible for possible delays in handling order cancellations.
VIELA reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct, as well as for technical issues beyond the control of VIELA .
Free Resolution
The customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the signature date of the contract.
If the customer wishes to terminate the contract, he may do so via e-mailinfo@vielastore.com or by filling out the contact form available at VIELA.
When terminating the contract within the legal period, in addition to returning the product, the customer must return any offers that accompany the main product. VIELA must refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the returned order accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment and return form .
The refund will be made through the same payment method used by the customer in the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement and in which the customer does not incur any costs as a consequence of the refund.
Any refund procedure will be processed as provided for in the legislation in force in the Decree of Law n.º 24/2014.
Complaints
The customer may submit a complaint regarding any question, act, information or service provided regarding VIELA through the e-mail contact info@vielastore.com or through the electronic Complaints Book available through the link: https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt/.
Disclaimer
When creating and using the account at VIELA, the customer is responsible for the maintenance of the account, confidentiality and for all activity from your account.
When creating a user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most up-to-date version.
VIELA is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures or any other problems that prevent access and proper functioning of the online store.
VIELA is not responsible for possible damages, directly or indirectly related to the use, or inability to use, the products and/or services made available, as well as for any delay or unforeseen event in the parcel delivery.

This contract is subject to Portuguese law and legislation in force.
